There will come a point in which brooklyn becomes a more desirable place to live than man i guess, because the rich tend to drive out cool. The unfortunate property of the wealthy in property terms is when an area becomes too rich one, it becomes totally impractical - you can't buy a plug or any kind of practical thing. It's a way we probably minimize our regret at not being as rich as our neighbours, is to be cooler than them. Without a doubt, it works.
