Co-hosting is essentially adding an extra property with your existing properties that you manage already in that area. There's so many ways to do it is what I'm trying to say. You can go in investor groups, you can start talking investors,. Investors have multiple properties, they need a property manager. So there's no excuse for anybody to get started with co hosting.
