The New Temple at Jerusalem or Maybe God Is Redeeming and Bringing Hope

In chapter 48 a river of living water will flow from the temple down in the Dead Sea and heal it. It may be that God is bringing hope to all of his creation and that his creation is a temple at peace where his presence is everywhere. So there's again two different ways you might see this maybe it's the new temple at Jerusalem or maybe God is redeeming and bringing hope to his entire created order.
