Make sure you are doing something that has founder product fit. Do a survey of your customers. Ask them why they use your product. Speed up or slow down in order to speed up the company. Take time out for yourself and spend some quality time with your team. Don't worry about waking up in the morning and understanding the customer, understanding the product,. All of those are slam dunks.
