The Struggle of Transgender Women of Color
I was thinking like this film is about transgender women of color, sex workers. That's a very specific category. But it's also just a film about homelessness and poverty because I can imagine people's experiences are different. Not every trans person ended up on the streets of the meatpacking district. Some people were in the bars. If you weren't the biggest performer, you're still dancing. You know, where you're still receiving the bare minimum. We don't have equity. It's still a struggle.
