The Exclusion of Women at Solomon Brothers

i was six months pregnant when i mad anaching director at solomon so maybe people thought it was cute to have this large pregnant woman in the picture with derick man and others when they promoted me. But i think that that was resting moment that where anybody would have stereotypically said, of course, you could never get promoted when you were pregnant. I mean, i could name for you four or five men at solomon who all thought that they had the finger prints on my success,. All did have their finger prints on her success. She couldn't name five people now who were as deliberate in viewing it as their role in really lping women continue to thrive.
