There are traditional aspects of Austin that are kind of disappearing. You have this corridor called Rainy Street, right? It's about 30 different homes. I got bought up and it's going to be skyscrapers now. Well, so Rainy has basically a New Orleans, like Bourbon Street level. Yeah. Of insanity to it. Can be. can be. The challenge that all the other economies face that we won't face is that there's just explosive growth on the economic side, the business side, innovation, and 100%.
