Is There Any Bio Chemistry That Really Can Happen Without the Proper Sequence of Events

i don't believe that there's any bio chemistry that really can occur without the proper sequence of signalling. Exercise would be an iinate activity thatr we would put our bodies through this challenge. It goes back to that hormatic effect, right? I think if you probably had the right signalling and were doing the right exercises, and then you added some of those precurses, you could probably magnify the approach. But i think a lot of people also get stuck in the in trying to manipulate the bio chemistry without actually doing the work required to stimulate this the right.
