Team coaches need to generate a conversation amongst the team members. When something needs to be said that it's not triangulated to the team coach but that we get to a point where they're able to speak to each other in a way that that serves the collectiveYeah that's really important I think anyone who's been team coaching for any amount of time will encounter a situation where a team member starts talking with them about the leader or about another team member that they're having an issue with and before you know it you are getting invited to be the messenger or the problem solver between two people so in this competency you know about avoiding triangulation it's learning how to support team members
