The 19 75 incident was the first flight of operation baby lift. About 250 orphans and americans were loaded on to a cargo plane. There really weren't records, like reliable records out it's difficult to get an accurate number because some people were not on manifest. And they stripped out n as much as they could and loaded it with about 250 orphans and Americans.
