Spend a little more time with them really unpack what it is that they were looking for in a solution,. What was at stake for themt. You know, what were the pain points before they found your solution? And you know, how much better is their life now with that solution? Really, you don't get into it, like have havamore in that discussion, and tell a more detailed story.
