How to Get a Deal on an E-Commerce Business

All nine businesses live under one roof. We have a captive production facility overseas for one of the businesses, but for all intents and purposes, it's 90% in Akron. Instead of us paying profit to outside agencies or vendors for a lot of functions that many e-commerce native businesses would outsource, we've built it all in an in-house team. Things that are more high leverage, head of HR, head of finance, head of supply chain, we can fractionalize those services internally. The founder or owner operator would drive products. And now we have a team that can help us with those things.
