Days was ultimately acquired twice. First by a company called Engine Yard, the Ruby on Rails Pass. Later, we spun that out and it was acquired again by Microsoft. That's how I ended up getting it to Microsoft to bootstrap the Container Services business. Not every product must be a painkiller to be successful.
