It was just my mind had sort of got busy and it was a way of sort of, I don't know, distraction, a way of filling in gaps. And once I was able to recognize that and that realization that actually I'm really kind of in control of how anxious I want to be about it... It's not exactly going to kill us to use affirmations to say positive things are baddest that are not true about us yet,. But could certainly be a hell of a lot more beneficial than running a stand.
