Clean Power Plan

The court holds that the e p a did not have the authority under the clean air act to adopt generation shifting rules. rachel rothschild, who came on the podcast previously to discuss this case and is an environmental law and climate expert, will be joining the faculty at university of michigan in just like a week or maybe a day, 24 hours. She unfortunately couldn't join us to day, but she did pass along this evaluation of the courts ruling which i'll just share now.
