Confederacy Rebellion in the Civil War

Four states, this upper south a block, votes to leave the union. This is a very small drop in the bucket of how many people are going to fight in the civil war and perish in the Civil War. And so because of this act of aggression, lincoln believes he must respond. So on april fifteenth, the following day, he is going to call up 75 thousand volunteers to take on the confederacy or this rebellion.
