There are some places where it's just going to be very difficult or impossible. The technology is not enough for you to go, you know, anywhere and right any wrong. You don't really need to make it a political fight in order to spread the technology. Crude oil, aluminum, steel, aerplanes have all been adopted enthusiastically by countries with hyper inflation. Even autocratic states such as North Korea can still get their energy from nuclear power.
