i know with the they wous tike the iso lunge mentality as well, at least to my understanding, the way it's portrayed in jay's program is it's just sit in the lunge and figure it out. And i think there's something that's good about that, absolute. I mean, that are necessary about that. But some people are going to take a really long time to figure that ham string out, and they need more points of contact,. like you said, like they need that that i meani too.
