Do You Need an ASA Acetaminophen Level?

There's a lot of people who don't understand that there's a difference between acetaminophen and ASA, for example. I personally believe that they should have an ASA acetaminophen level done at an alcohol level to help explain some of their symptomatology if they have depressed level of consciousness, etc. The sooner you give it in a massive overdose or any large overdose, the more likely you are to save the patient's life.
