The New Wheel of Complexity Theory
The key question for me is, how do we conceptually delineate the structures that can make the transition to the new world and those that cannot? I don't think we know yet. If you think that some ries will collapse, as we're seeing right now, venezuela, haite, lebanon, right? Syria, more than seemed to be the case ten years ago,. You might think, whell, every country will collapse. But i doubt if that's true. And if it is true, there's not much we can do.
