The Life of the Meal Offering
In Leviticus 2.13 is the verse that talks about how the meal offering had to have salt added to it. Salt, with which the meal offering was seasoned, signifies the death of the cross of Christ. So, in the Lord's sinless humanity, unlike ours, it was sinless. And so, this allows us to realize that as we live more and more the life of the meal offering, that this is a life that satisfies God.
