The Duopoly Problem With Apple

There's a kind of duopoly problem for Apple with this. They have to be able to get software developers to start building really interesting and good stuff for it. I just don't see how they're going to get the developer attention to break into that as creating a third category. Al Doran might have a view on this because he was a bit of an apple enthusiast but his son went android.
