Tranexamic Acid in Low-Income Settings
"I think Glasgow Icon Scales is a completely bogus measure when measured at six months. It was a scale not developed with patients," he says. "It's almost double what we would expect from this group of patients in the UK despite their injury severity" He adds that tranexamic acid should continue to be used in low-income settings.
