I'm happy to defend that a little bit as well. I don't think he would have an obligation to create every single kind but whichever ones he create he created them out of love for the individuals who came into existence. God could still aim for beings like us even if he's not aiming for the specific individual he's aiming for being like us. If you believe in free will and if you're someone who doesn't believe in Molinism then there is no reason why God wouldn't be able to know how we act freely in the future. There are lots of other types of beings that can learn from suffering such as intelligent animals or people capable of loving him sharing in eternity with him
