Let Your Results Speak for You

If you're exceptional at what you do, then maybe there's a little advantage to being secret about your next move and doing those kind of things and showing the results. But here's the thing i tat, hustle hard in silence and let your results speak for you. I mean, this is one of the biggest early lessons i learned. When you are responsible for sales or business development and youre responsible for delivery, you will never be successful as you could be if you separate those two things. And so if you're a small business or just starting out, you have to really separate yourself as the person who makes the promises versus the person who keeps the promises.
