Neurosurgery
I think the influence as a child I was absolutely influenced by the knowledge of my mother's death, after soon after a neurosurgery operation that that was totally essentially useless. And so yeah I was quite sensitized to neurosurgery but in medical school I rotated on a neurosur surgery rotation with Dr Ed Spats and he let me drill a hole into into a human skull when I was a medical student. The decision was hard for me Mark I really loved chemistry and I wanted to be a medicinal chemist and make and make drugsbut I decided to go to medical school because I thought it would be the best way to invent things that would help patients.
