How to Write a Short Film

I used to try to teach Save the Captain a short film class. And I realized there are so many shorts that it just it's too much. But my bigger fear is like, if you were doing this on your own, like you you're writing John Wick and you said, "I'm going to write a Save the Cat" You might write too much,. I worry you'd write too much. Without a lot of discipline, it's tricky to use Save the Cat for a sequence like that. The funny thing with the Freightags pyramid was so you save the cat, be cheap.
