So, there are foods that light up your metabolism. And by the way, healthy fat, healthy amounts of fat, good fat actually contains about 20% of your immune system. Our immune system lives inside our fat. We don't want it to be inflamed. But we wanted a nice hive of immune cells in there so they can actually fight on our behalf.
