End User Creating - Is That Really Possible?

iReporter: What if we call it end user creating as a sort of generalization of end user programming? We're in the process of doing that for richer media like audio, video and web pages. Even a few years ago, it was quite hard for someone to casually do audio editing or video editing. Now you go look on you and thers e's like super, superniche random people doing super random stuff with the vidial qualities. I think that kind of progress is going to continue.
