When google and facebook and twitter were first created, they did not intend to be the referees of our political discourse. The reason these companies started censoring itis because this obligation was foisted upon them by,. largely by large medio corporations. I don't mean to idealize them or exonerate them of blame. i believe that the forces came first from the outside, and ironically, it's now coming from within their own work force too.
