The Journey of a Digital Marketer
In December of 2014, I read the J Walter Thompson 100 trends of the year report and they talked about folks doing drop in meditation by invitation only in New York. And I had this aha moment that realizing that my work as a digital marketer was not what I'm here for. So immediately I thought, Oh, I want to create this sort of third space that is technology free. It's very interesting how you just did not feel like you were there yet. You just somehow stumbled upon meditation and teaching that and coaching. That's very intriguing.
