How to Create Bicameral Boards
There's not, in principle, not any reason why you couldn't set aside a board seat for the customers of the company or whatever. I've actually, it was one proposal actually I saw to create bicameral boards in each company with one of the chambers being elected entirely by workers and the other chamber elected entirely by the owners. It gives you a sense of how creative you can be with the board situation if you want. The social wealth funds ultimately, you know, governed by the elected representatives, and they have certain interests that will make good decisions.
