I don't think hype is so bad. And venture capitalists, right? I mean, and this is why. The trick for an investor is you don't want to buy during the overshoot time. You want to buy down below the settling point of where the market value is. We have an investment company called Nori that is trying to address some of this and bring confidence to these carbon credit markets. Until that happens, I think we're going to see just a bunch of dates and switches.
