i think we will learn we're just not that smart. Like the size of a human brain has all these biological limitations, but you can make a really big computer with very fast interconnects between the chips. And i suspect we will find that many versions of that merge you talk about are still not better. But going in the other direction, biology will be more of a limitation. We have to decide what kind of future we want.
