Is There a Relationship Between Kissinger and Nixon?

Tapes in the Nixon White House are evidence of all that exchange. Kissinger walked in when the attack on West Pakistan was canceled by the Indians and said, Mr President, you say Pakistan. How did the Americans know that this was what the cabinet was considering how were they able to do. They had a mole in the Indian cabinet. It could have played a role. I think the basic problem was that when people were posted to his Pakistan they didn't know the language. The only commander of Eastern Command who actually made an effort was some other cool who actually learned to speak by. You could probably read and write it to none of the others had any of the language skills or culture knowledge.
