I think sometimes we can be so focused on achieving an outcome that we forget to stop and smell the roses or look really wide and broad about all the other effects. For Tanya and I you know we involve our three children. Last year I was building a project for Our Land in Water which has just been funded called Riddikuta Diddikitai. And even as part of our submission to the funding agency she did a painting in a write up about what it meant to her as the next generation coming through. Which as a multi-generational company is something that already exists there but with that kind of like longer term perspective. There's a whole range of work being done
