Autistic people struggle in that scenario. It's pretty obvious. Allocate spaces for neurodivergent employees. That is in some way, you know, we're practical. Removed from that hustle and bustle. And allow them to be permanently assigned there. None of this, you're moving rooms or offices or desks today because why? Because it's wacky Wednesday desk day. No. Whether it's the controllables that can be controlled, they might be helpful. Can you control the noise coming out of the speakers in the roof or the lighting in their area?
