Do You Have a Fear of Not Knowing Enough?

You have to get used to going into situations where you won't know enough. The fear, for somebody who has this confidence gremlon, is that that's going to result in someone not thinking them very credible. And so i think it's almost knowing tha that's there as a back up plank and take some of the fear away. You don't know hav to know everything. You can ask for help. You can admit when you don't know it. Some of the really good people that i look at, that i work with, whether it's my peers or senior people or people that work for me, i really respect it in a meeting where they say, actually,
