The Power of Contrarian Thinking

I always try in myself to begin with a contrary and point of view or challenge to whatever everyone's agreeing on. One very odd aspect of Silicon Valley is how many of the founders of these companies seem to be suffering from mild forms of Asperger's. So I do think that we should interpret this as an indictment of American society, where anybody who is sort of a well adjusted normal person is deterred from having any unconventional thoughts quickly.
