The Cycle of an Artistic Director's Job
There's a chronic lack of investment in new R&D and development work for really cutting-edge new work. So we're seeing a lot of retreads happening across the sector. I feel very fortunate that we could still keep investing, but there's no doubt that a huge injection of further support or cash for everyone would mean that we're all having to do. That would mean that We can transform this landscape overnight.
