Introduction

Jeremy: Why are you thinking about getting into UX design? What is it you're hoping to achieve? Are you just starting out in your UX journey? You may have heard various experts online talking about how well-paid it is. The problem is that UX design is often misunderstood by a lot of organizations. And maybe it's because we have the term designer in our title, so everybody just thinks that our job is to make ugly interfaces pretty. At least that's been my experience.
