Joe Biden's Transition

Biden and Kerry have known each other for decades, they respect each other. I don't think anybody has quite figured out the sort of legal ramifications of the next president who can be indicted on various crimes. One of the best things that could possibly happen to Joe Biden would be if Donald Trump or the candidate for president will recede. That would be nice.
