Building a Community on a Podcast

There are so many tools out there for podcasting now that make it really easy and simple. The biggest thing that we learned is that the vast majority of podcasts never make it past one episode. And if you're building a community, whether it's podcast based or not, i think doing a little bit of work on understand who you want to reach helps you kind of have some more direction and gets you further along that journey than you might think.
