The numbers don't actually mean anything. We always should do what best serves us in or goals and in the larger scheme of our health and wellness. It's not about running a certain pace, but none of that really matters if you're not happy and healthy in enjoying what you're doing totally. If you're struggling with flexibility, working with a coach might be a really good option. They can tell you, hey, it's o ky. You didn't run to day. But coaches are there to put some activity in what's actually going on unr life. Because even if you know everything there is to know about the sport, you are incapable of being objective with yourself.
