I've been on medication for 13 years and of course my life has changed a lot as well. After quite a few years of taking medication daily, I don't need as much as I used to. There is literally nothing in my head that says you should stop taking or you should take less. And there's no shame in taking the medication. We want to know that we have a bit of control. A lot of control, a lot of control. You can guarantee if you're imposing something on someone and telling them how you're going to fix them, the chances of that thing working are so much smaller than if the person chose it themselves.
