I intentionally avoid taking notes on calls because I want to be as present as possible in that conversation. The piece of tech I do leverage all the time is before having a follow up call, I listen to the prior conversation every single time and I toggle myself off and listen to it like 2x speed. That has been an absolute game changer for me just in terms of knowing every conversation and being fully prepared to execute on my calls.
