I'm a First Talker in Meetings, Right?

Sally Kohn: I'm often a first talker in meetings. And that is it. It is something to actively try not to do. She says introverts are called on to get their voice out there more or to be step up a little more than they would maybe feel inclined to do because we want them to act more like extroverts and which is not awesome. We're generally not a super great message, but the reality is that's what happens.Kohn: You can be a well adapted introvert. There's not just one or the other; there's sort of a mix and a blend in between.
