The Differences Between US Economic Coercion and Shivers

CNN's John Defterios spoke with the U.S. State Department about its approach to economic coercion and shivers in China. He asked how that played out during consultations, whether partners were aware of these different tools used by both countries. And he said there are a number of ways Congress could act on this issue without necessarily passing any legislation.Defterios: I think we've seen that people are just not willing to put up a lot as it seems like Chinese consumers are not willing to putting up very much.
