The common perception of inflation is that it's caused by too much, quote, aggregate demand. That's what the economists would say: It's too much money chasing too few goods. If you look at data, which we are doing, Joe Stiglitz and Mike Consol make a very strong argument that it is not demand, but that's the supply side is still the driver of inflation.
