Most material items you buy, they depreciate in value. But there are some things that are assets that appreciate in value. For example, real estate, ar maybe some digital assets. You can have your personal brand and your content. And these are all assets. So what you need to do to buy anything for free is first invest in assets that create income, and then use the income to pay for the depreciating liability. That's the standard model.
